Shipping Info

Shipping method on most items is standard ground within the 48 contiguous states.
Allow 2-6 weeks for shipment depending on the size of the item and the availability.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

The shipping method will be chosen after the order is placed and depends on the item ordered. Oversized or overweight orders may ship via freight line and average deliver times will be extended and a delivery signature is required.

We will email you of shipping method and tracking information.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Air shipments outside the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii and Canada) have an additional charge – please email us for a quote.

Availability

Items in stock ship within 10 business days of receiving cleared payment.

We will notify you by email if a particular item is out of stock and give you the estimated production time as some of our pieces are built to order and this could take up to 8 weeks depending on the item.
We take care to ensure that our clients receive a well-crafted product in a reasonable amount of time.

Return Policy

Refund will be given as money back. Buyer pays return shipping.

After receiving the item contact us within 10 days preferably by email to sales@montecitodesign.com
After notification is received a return confirmation number will be given to buyer and directions on where to send the item will be given.

A full refund will be given when we have received the item and confirmed it is in good condition. No refund on original shipping costs paid by buyer.



Damaged Goods

Our furniture pieces all require insurance so please inspect your item carefully upon receipt. Please notify us of any damage or defects within 10 days by email to sales@montecitodesign.com so that we may contact the shipping company immediately. We would be happy to arrange a return or exchange for you.
